  Go to the Reports menu in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. · Type in Transaction Detail by Account in the search field. · Click Customize. Open your General Ledger report. · Filter the date period to 1 year. · Select the Excel button to export. · Modify the layout and details if needed.
